We hope you find something you like.

The Rumi Rock online store also offers international shipping for products.

Please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred upon delivery.
We recommend contacting your customs office for more information.

We will send your package by EMS.

For some countries and areas, EMS is limited to certain areas.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery area.

China, South Korea, Taiwan – 3,500 JPY
Rest of World – 5,000 JPY

If we can’t send your package by EMS, we’ll use another carrier.

We do our best to ship orders to you as quickly as possible.
Depending on your location, your order may take longer than 21 days for delivery due to courier delays, civil unrest, Covid-19 restrictions and other issues beyond Rumi Rock store’s control.
For the most current information regarding potential delays in your area, we recommend reaching out directly to your local Customs Bureau and Postal Institutions.


You can pay via PayPal and AmazonPay.


Depending on your country’s regulations you may be charged an import
tax before being able to receive your parcel.

In that case, the import tax will be the customer’s responsibility.


If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within one week.

The following products are not refundable unless faulty:
